Common Questions

I invited someone but they cannot join.

Ask them to create or sign in to their own account, then choose “Already have an invite?” on the Create your family screen and paste the invite code from the email.

Does one Premium subscription cover both parents?

Yes. Premium is linked to the family, so one subscription unlocks Premium features for the household rather than charging each parent separately.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and choose Default Parent.

How do widgets update?

Open Default Parent to sync Today. The widget then shows the latest Today snapshot available on that device.

Before You Email

  • Check that you are signed in with the account you used to create or join the family.
  • Open the Today tab and pull to refresh if tasks or routines look stale.
  • If an invite email did not arrive, ask the sender for the invite code shown in the app.
  • If Premium does not appear after purchase, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.
